Food Trucks have been selected!

This annual celebration brings together our community for three days of live music, activities, contests, raffles, and great local food - and we'd love to have your food truck join us. Want to save your spot for 2027, accepting sign ups already.

Vendor Information:

 There is no vendor fee to participate. However, to assist with planning and ensure commitment, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. Voluntary donations after the festival are appreciated to help support future events. Please note that space is limited, spots are first-come, first-served, and duplicate food offerings may be limited. 

Event Details:

Location: Corner of Farmer and Front Streets, Fairchild, WI Friday, August 27 2027 - 5 PM - 11 PM Saturday, August 28 2027 - 9 AM - 11 PM Sunday, August 29 2027- 9 AM - 11 PM

Vendor Setup:

Vendors must be open during festival hours. You're welcome to start earlier or stay open later at your discretion. Please note that no electrical or water hookups (if water replenishment is needed,d we may be able to accommodate the request) are available.
